Managing and operating M&E systems in VNPT's Data Center
- Directly operate in the Data Center, maintain the mechanical and electrical infrastructure and IP network of the Data Center to operate stably and according to standards;
- Organize the handover and assignment of tasks to members in the shift;
- Receive service provision requests and organize implementation according to regulations;
- Coordinate handling of arising incidents;
- Coordinate the supervision of maintenance and repair of IDC infrastructure system;
- Receive information, check and provide support for large customers with high SLA requirements using services in the Data Center;
- Provide customer consultation on service delivery solutions upon request;
- Coordinate to welcome and introduce the Data Center when guests come to visit;
- Perform reporting work during shifts according to procedures and regulations.
