- Coordinating relevant departments and monitoring implementation during the implementation of the plan.
- Implement and manage the tasks, supervise and ensure the execution of tasks as required by the Director.
- Receive information, deploy instructions from superior to departments and supervise the implementation.
- Prepare periodic monitoring reports for the Director/other departments.
- Monitor the progress of the company's work, human resource related work, assist in budgeting and management.
- Representing the Director to make decisions when necessary (issues arise, small), monitor progress and work efficiency.
