JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Fan Community Operation: 80%
- Search, exploit and take care of users inside and outside livestream, manage fan groups;
- Attract views, interactions and gifts in Idol livestream.
2. Livestream Operation: 20%
- Coordinate with operations staff and support Idols in livestreaming, improving livestream performance;
- Manage social channels, edit images and videos posted on Idol's personal page;
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No experience, will be trained ;
- Sociable, like to explore and learn about trends on social networks;
- Good communication skills, active, creative;
- Priority is given to candidates with basic English or Chinese communication skills.
Working time: OFF 4 days/month, flexible working according to Idols' Live schedule:
- Shift 1: 7am – 4pm
- Shift 2: 9am – 6pm
