- Plan and analyze human resource needs
- Develop plans, manage, and report on the company's human resources apparatus
- Propose, implement, and supervise the implementation of human resources policies and internal regulations of the company
- Communicate and act as a bridge between the Director and the company's staff
- Support in organizing training and development, assigning work, and evaluating personnel
- Manage and ensure the activities of all departments in the company go well
- Resolve arising incidents and perform other daily tasks as assigned by the Director
