Responsible for revenue, output and profit planning for the F&B industry across the entire rest stop chain. Plan and allocate for implementation.
Manage the entire product portfolio at F&B outlets in the chain, ensuring a reasonable product structure to meet the needs of each region.
Develop and implement promotional and incentive programs to boost sales.
Develop and coordinate with the Human Resources Department to implement recruitment and training plans for F&B management and staff at stations.
Conduct surveys and evaluate customer feedback to improve service and product quality.
Participate in building long-term strategies for the F&B industry at the rest stop chain.
Prepare reports at the end of each month on issues related to: human resources (working days, bonuses, etc.), business situation (revenue, goods sold, etc.), assets, etc., other related issues, etc. and send them to the Board of Directors on the 5th of each month.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Deputy Director.
