Job Description

1. MAIN TASKS
a/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Promote your company's brand and delivery services to potential customers.

Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for the sales department.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensure performance standards are met and measure overall team results.
Recognize and reward sales team members who achieve good results.
Adjust the personnel in the group with inconsistent results.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
2. REQUIREMENTS
University degree or higher;
Priority is given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or experience in the field of delivery and e-commerce;
Priority is given to candidates with good looks or existing relationships in the express delivery industry;
Honest, enthusiastic, diligent, hard working.
3. BENEFITS
