Manage, operate and develop business activities of edible mushroom products produced in Vietnam.
Develop business strategies, goals, revenue and profit targets. Plan expected monthly sales volume and business operations, implement, monitor and evaluate sales programs and policies to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
Responsible for identifying, building, maintaining relationships with potential customers and developing a network of partners and customers.
Build organizational structure, train, coach and supervise sales staff in finding customers, introducing products, sales consulting, customer care services, signing and implementing contracts.
Manage revenue, master business data (production, revenue, debt, orders...). Find out the cause when there is a sudden change in revenue.
Manage and monitor debt collection, control payment limits and terms.
Managing selling prices of goods: managing cost price, expenses, discounts..., developing regulations, procedures and policies for Distributors in managing sales activities, optimizing sales processes, avoiding selling against the Company's policies.
Identify common risks in international business operations and establish appropriate risk control plans.
Research, evaluate and develop the market/competitors. Timely report and advise the Company's leaders to carry out promotional, marketing, trade promotion programs, apply marketing and after-sales policies to promote product consumption, propose participation in exhibitions and fairs (if appropriate).
