-Responsible for management: Lead and manage a team of consultants, ensuring revenue targets and service quality are met.
-Student consulting and support: Guide students about English courses, analyze needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Training and developing staff: Organize training sessions, improve consulting skills and product knowledge for the team.
-Strategy development: Analyze market and competitors, propose effective marketing and sales strategies.
-Monitoring and reporting: Evaluate team performance, prepare regular reports on revenue and student feedback.
-Problem solving: Handling difficult situations during the consulting process, ensuring the satisfaction of students and parents.
- Graduated from high school or higher
- 1 year experience in education consulting or sales.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.
