Processing
- Receive, manage, assign, and supervise employees performing maintenance work in the following areas: mechanical processing, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and infrastructure;
- Plan and build periodic maintenance and repair records;
- Proactively report and propose to the company's Board of Directors any damage that needs to be replaced/repaired promptly to avoid high losses for the factory;
- Prepare a budget table or re-check the proposal to separate the volume of materials for repair, processing, and replacement of machinery and equipment from subordinates;
- Establish and control operating costs for the department;
- Develop a plan for material inventory management: purchase, issue, and periodically check inventory;
- Guide, train and evaluate employees.
