Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
- Organizing to record and synthesize customer complaints, organize the analysis of causes, corrective and preventive actions and monitor the implementation process. Daily summarizing customer complaint activities, analyzing complaint index.
- Organize and build information channels so that customers can easily access information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods...
- Annually evaluate the level and effectiveness of information channels for customers, report sales TP.
- Coordinate with marketing city to implement advertising and promotion programs at the request of the company, as assigned by the sales city.
- Organizing customer visits.
- Prepare reports to analyze customer opinions to improve work.
- Take the lead in preparing gifts, giving gifts to each customer on special occasions.
- Follow up the product warranty plan, check the warranty plan, warranty activities, maintenance and repair activities to understand the company's satisfaction with this activity.
- Receive customer satisfaction survey results from subordinates from there to plan to meet the needs and overcome customer complaints.
- Approve the annual customer care plan of the customer care team leader, customer service. Organize the implementation according to the customer care budget.
- Meeting, exchanging and presenting issues of departments at all levels of leadership.
- Manage information channels to help customers access services/products and capture policies for that service/product in the best way
- Browse and manage giving incentives and gifts on important occasions of the year to the company's customers.
- Develop policies / update policies for new / improved products and put them on existing information channels of the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Education/professional qualifications:
