1. Ensure revenue targets according to assigned targets, assign targets to sales staff . Establish target implementation plans and deploy to sales staff.
2. Make monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans according to the Company's direction.
3. Urge and supervise sales supervisors to expand market coverage.
4. Develop functions, tasks and job descriptions for subordinate positions.
5. Search and establish potential customer relationships, expand distributors/agents, help the company build sales operation plans.
6. Develop sales and promotion policies for products and services, salary and bonus policies.
7. Collect market information about products and services of competitors.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments/offices in concluding and implementing contracts and resolving issues related to contracts with customers.
