Responsible for all activities of the Sales Department: recruiting staff, enrolling in programs the company is implementing.
Analyze the market, customer portrait, competitors, build business plans by month, quarter, year
Manage sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
Coordinate with the Communications department to develop short-term and long-term marketing plans (promotional programs, gifts, etc.) in line with business strategy.
Build relationships with external stakeholders: partners and customers
Deploy data analytics, explore potential markets to increase revenue streams
Regularly search for new customers and always update the list of old and new customers on the system.
Participate in introducing and consulting customers about product and service prices to persuade customers to choose to use the service.
Recruit, target, train and monitor performance of sales staff
Report daily/weekly, monthly and quarterly work and revenue to the Board of Directors
