- Planning, implementing and developing real estate development strategies according to the company's requirements for each project; every week, month, year….
- Consulting and guiding customers to view projects, carry out transaction procedures, negotiate, sign contracts, collect and report on the real estate market situation.
- Participating in sales by company events, weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Directly manage and direct the work of each employee in the sales department.
- Assign tasks, supervise and assist sales staff, train and guide employees.
- Develop a team of junior staff from 10-20 members and support training staff on product and sales projects.
- Responsible for reporting business activities and performance to the Board of Directors.
