Job duties
- Directly manage the international sales staff, plan and implement business strategies to help expand international customers (Turks and residents of West Asian and European countries) with high demand. tourism demand to Vietnam in order to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Recruit, train, assign goals and track the performance of sales staff.
- Building and developing customer relationships, international agency partners. Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales.
- Research potential markets and market fluctuations to come up with suitable solutions for the long-term development of the company.
- Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before management.
- Take responsibility before the law for the company's problems. Submit quarterly and annual business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Request:
- University degree majoring in tourism or bachelor's degree in economics, information technology.
- Having more than 05 years of experience in the position of department head or business manager, tour operator in a foreign company.
- Fluent in English and Turkish in many fields of culture, geography, economy, art.
