Job Description

Job description
1. Planning and development

- Develop short and long-term goals for products, brands and each marketing activity.
- Planning, budgeting, detailing marketing activities for the year
2. Execution, Operation and Control
- Planning, implementing and monitoring all marketing, advertising, promotions and public relations activities of the Company.
- Guide, monitor and support marketing initiatives in building brand identity for the Company.
- Develop, implement and track the effectiveness of KPIs for marketing activities.
- Coordinating with departments and Sales departments to implement marketing plans.
3. Recruitment, training and evaluation - Proposing scheduling and job design in the Department.
- Allocate work and supervise employees.
- Recruiting and training in-house staff
- Evaluate employee's capacity and achievement of goals.
4. Reporting, analysis and archiving.
- Analyze business situation periodically, evaluate marketing effectiveness & propose measures to implement to strengthen brand and distribution channels.
- Make regular or ad hoc reports.

Candidate Requirements
1. Work experience
-Minimum 02 years of experience in marketing, social media, at least 02 years working in a leadership position
-Know how to build content, know how to run ads, build brand identity
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the fashion industry
2. Qualification & training expertise
Graduated from university with major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
3. Other training courses
Professionally trained under the direction of the Board of Directors
4. Foreign language/specialized informatics (if any)
- Proficient in VP: Power Point, word, excel...
5. Other skills

- Understanding of the fashion and garment industry, prioritizing the knowledge of the uniform industry

7. Personality

- Salary: 15 - 18 million + % of revenue (income from 18 to 22 million )
- Performance bonus, 13th month salary, Tet bonus according to state and company regulations
- Allowance for lunch at the company, other allowances
- Pay 85% of salary for 02 months of probation as prescribed.
- When the probation is satisfactory, he will sign a labor contract to enjoy full policies according to Vietnam's labor law
