Processing
- Develop an overall Marketing plan for the Company's real estate projects with monthly, quarterly and annual Marketing budgets according to the project's business goals. Follow the plan closely, evaluate effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments;
- Market research, information on competitors. Consulting marketing activities to the Board of Directors;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to deploy Sales Documents for Real Estate and Commercial products developed by Tan Long and partners;
- Manage and supervise marketing events in the form of self-implementation or outsourcing;
- Coordinate and support the Sales department in marketing work to serve sales;
- Manage agents to implement marketing programs;
- Implement support to promote campaigns to increase recognition in the system;
- Build and maintain relationships with experts/reporters in the media and relevant agencies to get the best support for project PR;
- Organize the construction, update and management of the Department's database and decentralize information access;
- Supervise writing and managing content, articles, and images for PR-Marketing activities in all forms of implemented projects;
- Support internal events of the Company;
- Human resource management in the real estate marketing team.
