1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning, analyzing and managing, responsible for marketing department activities
- Building and implementing advertising programs between Online (Social/e-commerce/website) and Offline
- Manage and develop personnel in the team: monitor and improve the performance of the team. Develop team capacity.
- Allocating budget effectively, controlling advertising costs
- Continuously update user insights as well as changes in digital media and tools to adjust and optimize marketing strategies

2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Have expertise in overall Marketing
- 1 year management experience for similar position
- At least 1-2 years of experience in building and developing on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, ...)
- requires good taste
