- Get BBBG from business.
- Checking and summarizing quotes and sending them to superiors for approval.
- Create PO on EMS system, send PO approval.
- Sign contract, order confirmation mail, follow up contract advance, control sample.
- Track NVL, BTP and items bought and sold again.
- Set up BB fines for late delivery, BB for loss of goods (if any).
- Remind NCC to issue and send financial invoices.
- Make payment request.
- Find new suppliers and processors.
- Follow up the delivery schedule of the orders.
- Making daily plans, sending emails to departments (Production, KT, KD...)
- Car delivery delivery.
- Send mail, call to monitor the production status of suppliers and processors.
- Email reports to customers when required.
