Responsible for managing all business activities of the team through implementing sales plans, building staff including recruiting, training, developing, motivating and engaging employees.
Participate and contribute to company training sessions
Customer support and care
Research, plan marketing and expand customer base
Closing the contract with the customer
Monitor and manage sales
Coordinate with relevant departments for overall business development
Withstand high pressure, work with clear direction and plan
