Prepare design documents, volume of construction items, construction works serving the Company's Project; Design areas in charge: Planning; Technical infrastructure works (leveling, embankment, bridge, port, traffic, water supply and drainage, electricity supply, public lighting, landscape) ; House works (Architecture; structure, electricity and water, interior...) .
Organize the review and appraisal of design documents (for items assigned to independent design consultants (if any ).
Organize Author Supervision of Construction Items and Projects managed by the Design Management Department.
As a Design Consultant, the Design Management Department participates with the Technical Department, Project Management Board, and Contractor to accept the transition phase and complete the project in accordance with current laws.
Advise the Board of Directors on the application of BIM processes, carry out instructions from the Board of Directors on the implementation of BIM processes in the implementation of construction investment projects.
Advise the Board of Directors on applying new technology to the implementation of construction investment projects.
Coordinate with Sales Department and Marketing Department to produce perspective videos about the Project to serve Sales & Marketing work.
Build working relationships with the Department of Construction and related Departments and Agencies of Kien Giang Province.
Organize the apparatus and personnel work, develop a plan for the resource needs of the Design Management Department (propose personnel requirements; personnel training, equipment procurement plan, etc.).
Complete tasks under direct direction of the Board of Directors.
