Processing
- Directly search for potential customers, advise and support customers in the process of learning and registering for courses at the facility.
- Coordinate with professional departments/teachers/teaching assistants in building customer experience, maintaining interactions and handling customer requests
- Responsible for reminding, promoting and directly collecting tuition and other fees from students
- Consulting and contributing ideas on enrollment, counseling, and customer care for the facility and Center
- Develop enrollment, consulting, and customer care plans according to assigned tasks and goals.
- Build and develop personal recruitment channels to increase the number of potential customers.
- Maintain interaction and customer care for old and current customers to increase customer referrals
- Receive, understand needs and advise suitable courses for potential customers
- Coordinate with professional departments/teachers during the entrance exam and trial class of students.
- Remind and urge customers to complete tuition and other fees within the prescribed time limit.
- Pay tuition and other fees to the facility management within the time specified by the Center.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or higher, at least 1 year experience
- Age 22 - 35
- Have good communication and persuasion skills.
- No lisp
- Have good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and work well in a team.
- Priority is given to those with experience in business, consulting, sales, and customer care.
