- Make calls to potential customers to introduce the company's jewelry exhibition according to available data
- Schedule appointments for sales team to meet customers directly at the Showroom
- Share company policies
- Make appointments with customers
- Remind customers to visit the showroom
- Support the sales team in taking care of and maintaining customer relationships (No sales, just calling customers to make appointments)

* Ability to speak and communicate fluently and quickly
* Love the job and have telesales experience > 3 months or equivalent position
* Male/Female, hard-working, diligent, able to withstand pressure Working hours: Day Shift: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm (1.5 hour lunch break), Monday to Saturday.
Night Shift: 22:00 - 7:00, (Monday to Friday morning) Off Saturday - Sunday
