RECRUITMENT OF BUSINESS STAFF
Job description
- Live chat product consultation with customers
- Receiving phone calls from customers to consult sales
- Quotation, care, contract promotion and order tracking throughout the production process and product handover to customers
- Monitor and propose to handle situations arising in the process of deploying and implementing products and services for customers.
- Coordinate payment requests / settlement records, follow up, remind debtors and collect debts with customers.

Head office: No. 2 Alley 53 Pham Tuan Tai Street, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City
Candidate Requirements
- Quick in handling work;
- Ability to work independently or in groups; with a high sense of responsibility and carefulness.
- Have good communication skills, do not slur or stutter
- Good ability to absorb, not afraid to learn new knowledge. Candidates without experience will be trained and given the opportunity to try in a new field
- Accept new students graduate.
Working time
Working hours from Monday to Saturday: (Month off 2 Saturday afternoons)
Monday to Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm, 1:30pm - 5:30pm
