Work content:
- Manage, train and guide the sales team, responsible for the team's performance.
- Planning market development, searching and expanding sales channels.
- Check and report detailed business situation to superiors
- Manage client list and build good relationship with customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints about services or products.
Job requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and management
- Have real experience in sales
- Ability to plan and develop business strategy
- Knowledge of commerce, marketing, sales skills (knowledge of the industry is an advantage)
- Have business acumen and leadership ability
- Strong communication, problem solving and team motivation skills
