Main job:
- Welcoming and guiding customers and partners to use the service and work (keep track of the diary, guide guests to the right point).
- Receive and handle customer calls.
- Consulting products, services, promotions and answering customer's problems and questions directly or by phone.
- Create and store information of customers and partners.
- Planning and proactively contacting to take care of and give gifts to customers on holidays, Tet or according to the company's program.
- Conduct customer surveys on product and service quality, record and report to management on customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Check and supervise the cleaning of the parts.
- Manage assigned assets, tools and instruments.
- Collect money for customers to use the service. Report and deposit money into the company fund.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the in-charge.
Request
- Female from 20 to 28 years old. High school graduate or higher, preference is given to those with a college or university degree.
- Good form, experienced as receptionist/cashier/administrator/customer care
- Basic communication English.
- Good communication skills face-to-face and over the phone, email, no dialect.
- Good customer service skills.
- Know how to use office equipment such as computers/printers, etc.
