JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, organize training, supervise and improve (when necessary) standard processes in restaurant management in terms of service image, food and beverage quality, etc.
- Planning staffing needs and building a team to meet job requirements
- Financial management: follow up daily income and expenditure reports, develop plans to achieve assigned sales and profit targets.
- General manager with assigned authority will represent the restaurant to sign contracts with relevant partner units, build good relationships with organizations, state agencies... related to restaurant operations.
- Actively looking for sources of diners for the restaurant, building good relationships with VIP guests, close guests.
- Directly deal with customer complaints.
- Management of the restaurant's assets and goods:
• Monitor the purchase, usage, minimum inventory levels of the restaurant's goods and make appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor the use, repair, warranty and periodic maintenance of the restaurant's assets.
• Responsible for renovating the assets and equipment for the parts in the restaurant when necessary.
- Managing business activities:
• Organize regular and extraordinary meetings to deploy operations and evaluate the business performance of the restaurant.
• Develop a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly operation plan for the restaurant.
• Settlement of arising problems within the competence.
• Make reports to superiors as prescribed.
