JOB DETAILS
- Consulting about products, answering questions of customers, agents
- Follow up the process and skin care for each customer, agent
- Understanding customer psychology, creating relationships with customers to find more new customers
- Collecting market information through the customers taking care of, planning for the marketing department about remarketing programs
- Proposing scripts for short videos about real situations encountered when consulting customers, to post on social networking sites
- Being able to livestream is an advantage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Income: Negotiable (deserving according to capacity)
- Experience in customer service, contact center, sales
- Have knowledge and passion about the field of cosmetics
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good problem-solving ability
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Clear voice, ability to communicate, convince customers
