Task 1: Manage and carry out all legal procedures according to State regulations
- Carry out project legal procedures:
- Apply for investment approval policy, investor recognition, investment project approval.
- Prepare dossiers for land allocation and issuance of land use rights certificates.
- Planning approval, investment project approval.
- Appraise the basic design & evaluate the technical design for the project's works.
- Apply for construction permits for project works.
- Approve acceptance documents and accept and hand over the project to use.
- Issuing Certificate of Land Use Rights and Land Use Rights to customers.
- Build and control the project implementation and approval process from the step of applying for project investment policy until the project is completed and put into use.
- Update information on government policies and regulations on land management and construction and report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director and Block Director.
* Task 2: Organize, maintain and develop good relationships with State agencies and organizations under the direction of the Chairman and General Director.
* Task 3: Manage and develop Employees
- Facilitate the development of all employees within the department, including succession planning for key roles.
* Task 4: Perform other work as assigned by direct manager.
