Guide and help customers, partners, and employees put their vehicles in the correct location and pick up their vehicles when leaving.
Issue and revoke vehicle cards when guests arrive and depart.
Manage goods and assets entering and exiting the Company (including offices and projects)
Check and compare goods imported and exported from the Company with relevant documents (full signature of authorized person).
Record goods and related information in the tracking book and send it to the Administration Department Manager for periodic inspection.
Ensuring building and project security through:
Patrolling, guarding, and viewing security cameras to detect, prevent, and handle theft and vandalism of the Company's facilities.
Immediately notify superiors of any cases of sabotage, theft, fraud, property fraud or disturbing security and order at the Company for timely resolution.
Monitor and check work sheets, exits, and entrances of employees of Departments/Departments, workers, contractors, partners, etc. at projects.
Coordinate with the contractor's security to perform well the security work at the project.
Ensuring security, safety, fire prevention and fighting.
Coordinate the care of trees and landscapes around the project (depending on the specific project type) according to regulations or instructions of management.
