- Responsible for monthly and yearly marketing planning and implementation (assessing current situation, identifying markets, target customers, marketing strategies, actions, budget estimates...)
- Propose ideas and organize implementation of website/app content to ensure attractive interface/content, improving customer experience.
- Propose and organize the implementation of online marketing channels (email marketing, content marketing/social, Google Ads, Facebook Ads...) to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement promotional programs, coordinate with the sales department to understand the revenue situation and effectiveness of Marketing campaigns to make timely adjustments.
- Propose, implement and monitor cooperation programs with partners, ensuring brand image and cooperation effectiveness.
- Recruiting and training, orienting human resource development according to the company's roadmap.
