1. Build and develop a team of sales staff. Ensure the working process of the sales staff achieves growth and sales goals;
2. Sales planning:
a. Propose targets on revenue, target products, and customer segments according to the Company's OKRs;
b. Analyze and forecast market and product development trends and propose implementation plans and strategies.
3. Implement the department's sales plan to ensure KPIs are met;
4. Propose and deploy to the team the development and exploitation of other paid advertising channels.
5. Research and update new technology, algorithms and tricks of advertising channels (Facebook, Google shopping, ...) to come up with effective sales problems.
6. Monitor business indicators, make periodic/unusual business reports;
