• Liaise with Japanese travel agents and corporate partners, providing them with travel information
• Accurate quotes and reconfirm reservations made with foreign agents. Pay attention to all the details of the trip.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels. Ensure the accuracy and quality of confirmed services.
• Closely monitor and stay informed about each of your reservations while the guest is in the country until the guest leaves.
• Handle and respond to comments and complaints (if any).
• Work closely with the accounting department to track supplier payments and customer payment schedules for final financial settlement.
