Job description
- Prepare documents and documents related to the Services provided by the company in accordance with the requirements of the Logistics profession, in accordance with State regulations, regulations of relevant agencies and international conventions. .
- Implement the service according to the steps specified in the professional process of import and export goods agency, related processes of the customer service department and/or processes related to CVs. assigned, issued by the Company (Internal payment process, record keeping process...).
- Manage and control service records within the scope of responsibility
- Contact and track goods information until service completion for each shipment within the scope of responsibility.
- Periodically report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly on completed CVs and on total product output during the period to the Department Head as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct Manager and/or the Board of General Directors.
- Ensure compliance with internal company regulations
Requirement
- Female.
- Graduated from university or college majoring in economics, maritime, foreign trade, business administration, marketing or other fields related to foreign trade economics.
- At least 1 year of experience in making import-export documents.
- Office computers: Word, Excel
- English equivalent to TOEIC 650
- General understanding of Customs procedures, import and export goods delivery procedures and Logistics services.

Salary: 10-12 mil gross
Working time： Monday - Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., only Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
