* Customer management:
- Directly solve customer-related problems (customers).
- Focus on developing assigned customers and finding new customers.
- Meeting and consulting with customers to build commercial cooperation contracts in accordance with customers' needs.
- Build and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with customers Track data on the implementation of customer contracts.

* Operation and Management of contracts:
- Implement, monitor, and effectively report appropriate programs for customers and offer solutions in line with the next plan for customers - new contracts.
- Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done at the right time, meeting the needs and goals of the customer.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers.
- Optimize the way of working between related departments to serve the interests of customers and the development of the company.
