Job description 1. Employee management:
Train and disseminate to all employees about new products, effective sales skills, product display instructions, customer care skills... according to the company's requirements.
Manage junior staff, ensure that the staff from the departments they manage to comply with the regulations of the company, brand, building and job description - Work closely with the Store Chain Manager / Manager Brand management in building and managing a good staff.
Ensure immediate resolution of customer feedback and complaints.
Create customer data and develop customer loyalty.
2. Sales management:
Follow the assigned store sales plan.
Manage resources (human & material) effectively to secure stores. Responsible for achieving sales target set by the Company.
Make the necessary reports for the job.
Responsible for managing and using monthly administrative expenses economically, effectively and clearly.
3. Product management:
Responsible for inventory management, product rotation as well as loss and theft at the stores in charge.
Implement and manage subordinate staff to strictly follow all regulations on displaying goods of the company.
Store goods in the best condition (Avoid getting dirty, falling to the floor)

Brand image management
Ensure stores are always clean, arranged according to standards and displayed according to regulations during opening hours. Do not leave your laptop on the cashier counter.
Ensure the general hygiene of the store is always clean from the shelves, floors, ceilings to the store's facade...
Check, monitor the staff's display and change the VM weekly according to the company's instructions.
Regularly conduct market survey and report back to management.
