■Job description
- In charge of all existing customers as on-job training until having new assignments
- Perform Sales daily activities upon PIC system (including all of work in areas domestic/foreign country)
- Follow up trouble shooting at customers' site
- Keep in touch with customers for any complaints or new inquiries
- Develop prospects from current customers for potential business opportunities
- Push up receivable from customers
- Prepare Sales presentation to customers
- Negotiate with customers under Manager's instructions
- Cooperate with relevant Dept. to get sufficient information for new inquiry/ potential customers
- Prepare sales documents (ie Cost Calculation, Quotation, Contract and etc.) for submitting for approval and/or to customers
- Follow up Sales contracts (renew, if necessary)
- Make Piping work in month / Maintenance Plan / Contract validity
- Survey targeted market and prepare database / documents until getting new customers. After that, hand over to existing PICs
- In charge of new inquiry and/or potential customers upon SGM/SM's assignment and support of PIC who can speak required language
- Follow up pending sales projects / big projects (ie potential customers and piping works PJ)
- Other urgent relevant issues / assignments by SGM/ SM
■Requirements
- Gender: Prefer Male, under 30
- University/ College degree: Business Administration/ Economics/ Chemical/ English/ Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean.
- Language: fluent in English/Japanese/Chinese/Korean
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in Sales B2B, developing customer
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, sales technique and sales control systems.
- Plus: have technical background, Chemistry is an advantage.
Other skills:
- Have good skills at trouble shooting, judgment and decision making.
- Be good in organization, communication, team-work.
- PC skills: Word, Excel, power point
■Salary: Upto $1800
■Shutte Bus: there is a shuttle bus from HCM
■Working condition: 8:00 am ~ 4:00 pm: Monday ~ Friday; 8:00 am ~ 11:45 am: Saturday.
