Job description
- Responsible for and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Search for potential customers, develop new domestic and export business.
- Discuss contract conditions/prices, closely follow related delivery, payment and shipping documents after sales.
- Build and develop relationships with current customers and potential partners.
- Control and monitor the payment status of customers' debts.
- Handle requests for product specification documents or other certifications according to customer requirements.
- Report to superiors on progress and business results.
- Other requirements from superiors, further discussed in the interview.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, 23~38 years old
- University graduate - Patient, friendly, enthusiastic, serious and responsible in work.
- Preferably have working experience in the food industry (The company of bread dough, bread, food seasoning), or seafood.
- Good ability to work independently and in a team.
- Know how to plan and independently adjust work orientation effectively.
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Coordinate well with other departments of the Company.
- Preferably can communicate, using Japanese or English.
Good skills in using Microsoft Office (email, word, excel, power point).
- Able to travel long-term at home and abroad.
Working time: Mon-Sat：8:00-17:00 / Saturday off every other week
