- Join the product development team to survey customer needs
- Identify current and future implementation processes of customers.
- Combine business needs with knowledge of how systems are built and used to create a complete design that satisfies users.
- Be the main liaison between the Design, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify, evaluate and document business requirements.
- Plan and lead requests/meetings with stakeholders; Collect testable system requirements and translate them into use cases in the Functional Engineering Document
- Analyze the impact of the proposed solution across the enterprise and develop use cases to clarify requirements for stakeholders and the Quality Assurance Team
- Work closely with the System Testing team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested and errors resolved, and ultimately, deliver a quality product to users
