Main jobs

• Introduce, consult and convince customers to use the services of MY TOC Company.
  Finding, maintaining and developing a network of potential customers and partners in the field of orden transportation of Chinese goods (directly or indirectly).
• Directly perform Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….
  Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability in accordance with the correct process.
• Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor's activities and potential in product/service business development

Job KPIs
Sales staff always have to clearly identify the problems the company is facing to come up with specific strategies in the process of working with customers. Number of customers:
– Number of cold calls made monthly
– Number of contracts closed every month
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate
– Customer retention (Return rate, Customer care)

• Average contract value
• Customer satisfaction
• Average time to respond to customer contacts

Job requirements

• College degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing
• Proficient in using office computers, work-related software, working independently.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, responsive.
• Promote business, communication skills.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of business experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
• Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving goals.
