- Graduated from University majoring in bridge and road engineering or traffic engineering
- Directly manage the entire construction site at the designated project;
- Prepare plans to deploy and operate the entire construction project. Responsible for organizing construction implementation including: Establishing construction progress, construction methods, labor safety measures, fire protection, environmental protection; Submit equipment and materials... and project implementation processes;
- Check and expedite work: Construction diary, weekly - monthly plans, weekly - monthly reports;
- Check and confirm the amount of work as a basis for payment. Checking and preserving materials and equipment on the construction site, regularly monitoring the quality of construction items to ensure labor hygiene and safety, fire prevention and fighting systems at construction sites;
- Organize the acceptance of work, items, stages, and completion: Deploy and inspect the preparation of completed documents, complete the documents and accept and hand over the project. Maintain confidential documents and records of construction works;
- Work with the investor, supervisor, subcontractors and other relevant parties at the construction site;
- Responsible for all activities at the construction site during the construction process
