JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively implement construction projects of office buildings, high-rise buildings, technical completion of high-end villas, and carry out overall work at the construction site;
- Proficient in using office software: Word, Excel, Project, ERP, Autocard,...
- Male age from years old.
- Deploy field construction work for field engineers, subcontractors, and teams;
- Check drawings, set progress, check construction methods of the project, submit to the Investor;
- Check quality records;
- Check and monitor the accumulated volume of materials supplied to the project, subcontractors, and teams;
- Check the implementation volume, confirm the completed volume for subcontractors, suppliers, and teams;
- And other tasks as directed by the Project Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work location: City. HCM and provinces according to the project (Accept business travel);
- Experience: 5 years of experience;
- English priority: Communication, specialized;
- Go to work immediately, no age limit.
