JOB DESCRIPTION

Comply with regulations on financial management and accounting of the group
Establish processes and monitor the implementation of financial management processes
Organize the accounting system of the enterprise at the head office as well as branches including both domestic and foreign. For foreign companies, it is necessary to organize accounting for internal management, and at the same time coordinate with consultants in host countries to control reports submitted to governments.
Establish a process to manage and circulate documents at each stage from input to sale to ensure no financial risk and no loss of assets.
Recording and accounting of economic transactions arising in the operation and business activities of the company, on the basis of constantly improving the organizational apparatus and complying with the regulations of the corporation as well as the Ministry of Finance. finance;
Assign work in the department, professional training for employees. To organize the dissemination and timely implementation of the financial and accounting regimes and regulations promulgated by the corporation and the State for employees to perform;
Fully set up and send on time accounting reports, statistics and final settlement according to the State's regulations of the corporation;
Analyze the operation status of each product, promptly warn of risks or abnormalities
Organizing the monitoring of warehouses and inventory for online goods;
Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
Implement training plan, foster, improve qualifications, build a team of accountants of the Company.
