JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the cooperation status and operation of partners in the process of receiving customers, handling problems arising in the process of cooperation between the two parties.
- Develop and maintain close relationships between GPay and partners, build systems and processes towards the satisfaction of partners in the cooperation process.
- Brainstorm ideas and implement ideas and activities to increase the benefits of partners.
- Confirm and handle the gym's complaints about customers, as well as assist in handling customer complaints about partners.
- Schedule and manage partner information, ensuring accurate information during cooperation with Gpay.
