JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contact agents / customers / shipping lines about shipment schedules and required documents for assigned shipments to handle.
- Update information, track orders and regularly notify customers of issues related to shipping progress, shipment information,...
- Receive and resolve customer inquiries related to transported shipments within the allowable scope
- Contact shipping lines and airlines, resolve problems that arise during transportation, negotiate and handle, and remove problems during transportation if any
- Receive SI, VGM from customers, complete bills of lading, documents and other related procedures.
- Check and amend B/L according to customer requirements related to goods weight, type, certificate (if necessary).
- Complete payment procedures with shipping lines and airlines, ensure unloading, unloading and returning goods to customers on schedule.
- Other tasks as requested by direct management
- Graduated from UNIVERSITY or higher majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, International Trade,...
- Have 06 months experience as Customer Care Officer, Customer Service, Import-Export or related positions at logistics companies, Forwarders
- Basic English, reading, translating documents, sending emails or responding to customers who are foreign agents (if any)
- Good understanding of sea transport, logistics, warehouse, trucking, customs
- Negotiation and communication skills, ability to work under high work pressure
- Proactively handle work in all circumstances, handle problems with shipments and goods (if any)
- Skills in organizing work and carrying out planned tasks
Basic salary: 8-9 million + bonus based on business performance (quarterly, minimum 1 month salary) + Lunch PC + Gasoline PC + Phone PC (average income 11-12 million/month)
