- Analyze, evaluate, collect information, advise and propose solutions in the field of training; Make training plans monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Responsible for the quality of training, classroom management and teachers of assigned classes.
- Understand course information and work with consultants to arrange classes appropriate to the student's level;
- Arrange empty schedules, plan the opening of new classes at the beginning of each month;
- Receive and manage student records from the Faculty/Subject Group;
- Organize extracurricular programs for students;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
