Job Description

  1. Measure, evaluate and ensure compliance with processes and standards:
  • Conduct inspections and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation of medical service quality standards and processes.
  • Ensure implementation and strict compliance with medical service quality standards and processes.
  1. Participate in handling feedback and complaints:
  • Recognize and participate in resolving service quality issues from patients and service users.
  • Manage feedback and complaints handling processes. Recommend systemic corrective measures based on service user feedback.
  1. Improving service quality:
  • Propose and participate in quality improvement projects, including researching and applying new methods and technologies to improve the quality of medical services.
  • Organize and participate in analysis, evaluation, review and improvement of work processes and activities related to medical service quality.
  1. Interaction and coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments within the hospital to ensure compliance and continuously improve the quality of medical services.
  • Train and instruct staff on health service quality standards and procedures, and provide the necessary support to implement them.
