1. Implement the plan and ensure sales revenue is delivered.
2. Understand needs, advise customers who want to buy the Company's products, proactively search and expand markets and potential customers.
3. Synthesize information, evaluate potential customers and contact for advice and introduce real estate products to customers.
4. Provide product, promotional, and pricing information by determining customer requirements; Advise customers in choosing location, payment method, schedule, quality suitable to usage needs and choose the optimal plan.
5. Guide and support customers in carrying out procedures for signing deposit contracts, contributing capital, purchasing and selling, completing documents and other legal procedures related to products. Transmit notices and decisions of the Investor and the Company to customers to complete sales and rental documents.
6. Update correct and complete information about projects being sold, guide customers to visit model houses, real estate projects, etc.
7. Participate in all sales activities, customer care, market surveys, and product promotion according to the development orientation of the Exchange Branch.
8. Find out information, quickly grasp the real estate market situation, the Investor's policies and the provisions of law related to the real estate business.
9. Negotiate, exploit, and take care of customers, ensuring the highest business efficiency for the Company.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by superior management.
