Access and expand new customer data (Dermatology Clinic, Spa, TMV, cosmetic shops, cosmetic wholesalers...) to increase sales of existing customers to ensure sales targets; and sales for each brand by month, quarter, year;
Collect market information, competitors, agent/customer feedback on products to promptly report and update about the Company;
Proposing appropriate Agent support programs to increase revenue and sales productivity;
Weekly/monthly sales report or as required by Direct Manager;
Participating in Marketing activities: events, seminars, technology transfer training organized or sponsored by the company to build brands, find new customers;
Coordinate with Training, Customer Care… always ensure the best customer support;
Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
