JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and implement the search for potential buildings.
- Negotiate and convince the homeowner about profit percentage until it leads to signing a business cooperation contract.
- Make posters, marketing catalogs, demonstrate the company's operational management experience.
- Evaluate and coordinate building valuation with superiors, and propose development plans in each stage.
- Report work status, evaluate completion level to provide suggestions/improvement solutions to Direct Manager.
- Some other tasks as directed by Management.
