- Close connection, care and development of existing customer system.
- Actively seek and build relationships with customers outside the existing system (MT channel, Key Account, Horeca...): companies, kitchens, restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes ,…
- Support the implementation of marketing programs and evaluate program effectiveness at points of sale.
- Collect market information, competitors and feedback from customers, proactively make suggestions, promotion plans, and support the area in charge
- Implement periodic reporting regime: sales activities, business results, market situation...
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Department Head
